We thought it only appropriate that we give our first post to the SB on Hampton. Every Saturday is better than the last. This time we almost ate ourselves.
Early Summer Veggie Salad.. Freshy fresh, and yeah those are anchovies, pickled onions, grated egg, ohhh, and

Hotdog paradise arrived with house made Giardiniera on a Red Guitar bun. By this point taste buds were on full alert, as was the couple next to us who were slowly edging further away.
Lardo (cured pork fat).. Melt in your mouth Mangalitsa pig butter.
